During a brief break in the severe weather from the Nor’easter impacting Long Island, Sayville Firefighters took the opportunity to hone their skills with a vehicle extrication drill involving an overturned automobile with two trapped occupants. Crews utilized numerous hydraulic and hand tools while carefully stabilizing the vehicle and working together to safely free both mannequin victims.
Relentless training keeps the Sayville Fire Department ready for the moment our community calls upon us. 🚒
