Pippinfest Quilt Raffle - Sept 26th and 27th

Take a chance to win a beautiful vintage quilt while supporting the Fairfield Community Fire Company!

This remarkable quilt is a treasured piece of Fairfield history. It once belonged to Gladys Walter of Fairfield, Pennsylvania and was carefully preserved in her hope chest. Believed to have been handcrafted in the 1920s, the quilt remains in excellent condition. In 1978, Miss Walter gifted it to Luann and Matt Battersby as a wedding present, and remarkably, it has never been used. This historic quilt has now been graciously donated by Luann & Matt Battersby in support of the Fairfield Community Fire Company fundraising efforts.

The quilt will be on display at the front steps of the Fairfield Borough Hall throughout Pippinfest.

Raffle Tickets - $5 each or 5 tickets for $20.

Tickets will be available for purchase on both Saturday and Sunday at the front steps of the Fairfield Borough Hall.

The drawing will be Sunday at 4:00 PM at the Fire Hall and you do not need to be present to win.

All proceeds benefit the Fairfield Community Fire Company.
