Fire Prevention Week School Visits

Today, several our members spent the day visiting local schools and preschools as part of Fire Prevention Week!

Our firefighters had the opportunity to meet with students, talk about fire safety, and share important lessons about what to do in the event of a fire. From learning about smoke alarms and safe evacuation to getting a close-up look at the fire apparatus, these visits are a great way to help our youngest community members learn how to stay safe.
A special thank you to the schools, teachers, and staff for welcoming us!

More information will be shared regarding our Fire Prevention Week Open House which will occur on Thursday night.
