Using artificial smoke, crews filled Hope Valley - Wyoming Fire District burn building to create a dark, low-visibility environment similar to what firefighters may encounter during an actual structure fire.

Crews entered the building and worked through the smoke to locate and remove simulated victims, putting their search techniques, communication, and teamwork to the test.

Our Junior Firefighters also participated in the evolutions, as well as our full-time Firefighter/Fire Marshal had the opportunity to serve as command and practice incident management.

Training in these conditions helps our members build the skills, confidence, and teamwork needed to safely and effectively operate when it matters most.

Thank you to Hope Valley - Wyoming Fire District for allowing us to utilize their building and continue putting our members through realistic training! 🚒🚨
