| Our members have been busy! Since Sunday, Somers Fire & EMS has responded to 43 calls for service while also providing standby coverage at Muscoot Farm’s Run the Farm event and the Somers High School football game. Members have also handled mutual aid calls, a motor vehicle accident, a brush fire, and many more other calls.
As call volume continues to rise, so does the need for more volunteers. Our members balance serving the community with work, family, and everyday life, but we can’t do it alone. ❤️
Want to make a difference? No experience is necessary — we provide the training! Join the SVFD and help us continue serving the community we call home. 🚒🚑
