Members complete Water Rescue Emergency Response Course

Over the last 2 weekends 10 members of the company completed the 16 hour PA Fish & Boat Water Rescue class. This class was intensive in all aspects of water rescue. Members first had to complete a 400 yard swim in full equipment, then classroom work followed by a day on the river completing a number of scenarios in rapidly moving water. These members continue to support our water rescue group here in Wagontown. Our water rescue team has been in existence for over 30 years and the training and tradition continues.
