Today, members of the Chippewa Township, South Beaver, and Darlington Fire Departments visited Blackhawk Intermediate School to teach students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade about fire safety and prevention!

The students learned about: 📞 When and how to call 911 🔥 Important fire safety tips 👨‍🚒 What to expect when they see a firefighter in full protective gear 🛑 Stop, Drop, and Roll! To top it all off, the students got to practice Stop, Drop, and Roll before heading outside to check out the fire trucks! A huge THANK YOU to the South Beaver and Darlington Fire Departments for joining us and helping make this a special and educational day for these students. It’s always great to see our local departments working together to serve and educate our community! #FirePrevention #FireSafety #CommunityFirst #ChippewaTownshipFireDepartment
