We Remember Chief Robert Barlett

Yesterday, members participated in paying final respects to Lewistown Borough Fire Department Chief Robert Bob Barlett.

Bob was an amazing man who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. His kindness, generosity, and dedication to helping others touched many people throughout our community and the fire service.

Bob was always there to help with our Department fundraisers including our cash nights, and our joint gun raffle with City Hook and Ladder. Bob always made those events more enjoyable by being the emcee.

We are grateful to have known Bob and to have called him a friend. His presence will certainly be missed by many.

Please keep the Barlett family and our brothers and sisters at City Hook & Ladder in your thoughts during this difficult time.

Rest easy, Bob. You will be greatly missed.
