The emergency operations center (EOC) can be activated at any time, under the direction of the SREMA Emergency Management Coordinator (EMC). The SREMA EOC is located at the East Donegal Township municipal building which serves as the EOC for both Conoy & East Donegal townships. Most low scale emergencies the (EOC) would not be activated as most support and coordination task can be completed on scene of the emergency working under the unified command system with our local fire agencies.
